Problem is Bill still controls the entity... and that amendment to do a R/S still lingers in the background. I unloaded my .0001's at .0002 and left a few K .0002's I bought in another account just in case, but knowing this is a Bill shell it likely will never get past .001's on a run since he does not get them current, does not file 8k's with the SEC and refuses to ever hand control of a company over to the reverse merging private company (that likely never exists anyway). Bill is really awful at this game and should give his shells over to some real guys who can make things happen with them. Hope he reads this.
