the only way this stock will ever trade at .0002 much less .05 is if Dennis finds some sucker to loan him enough money to get all of his filings current to effect a reverse split

and with Dennis' history of running companies to a ZERO BID with egregiously discounted free trading shares and a complete inability to consummate a legitimate deal there is not much worry about that

add to that the fact that Finra is well aware of Dennis Alexander's serial offender status and probably wouldn't grant him a reverse anyway
