not all hope is lost as the direct ruling is that if one is issued that the pps must hold up for 2 fiscal quarters (& having a R/S high enough that after the sell off it still holds 01 clearing debt shares will NOT be allowable & said funder has not been deemed a liquidator #tradehistory then after said elapsed time clearing could be submitted for review the review will also be conducted by said brokerage/clearing institution as it relates to said funder's history

brokerage houses that also clear paper aka notes/debt shares will NOT risk their fiscal futures & will abide by the new clearing landscape rulings

I know of many one & done that have already been sent backing from some brokerage houses once deemed a liquidator by removing a % of cash while not also holding an actual trading account
