Kim is heavily involved with DeTomaso and doesn't seem to have any interest in NGCG.

You do understand that Kim is funding the defense of NGCG himself to protect shareholders from further harm - which is very noble - he could have allowed Ruppert to have a default judgement but he chose the high road.

Then you accused Kim of being a puppet to Kalisky - once again that wasn't accurate - as Kim is suing Kalisky about the 3(a)(10) exemption scam.
