I never said they were operating illegally....It's

absurd suggesting I said they didn't have a permit, when I have explained in numerous posts that they do have one, AND LINKED IT.

It explains, per Florida statutes what the permit......permits.

Kyle comes along and confuses his marks with his ignorant comments. In fact, when the 2014 permit was issued many marks thought it allowed for recovery. The Defendant in the current case got in touch with the Bureau and set everyone straight because he found out the permit did not allow for recovery. He posted emails from the Bureau saying as much, and likely because of pressure from his marks Kyle sued.

The Defendant explains to SFRX's criminal attorney Craig Huffman why he sold in this video. Because it wasn't a RECOVERY PERMIT.
