I still don't get why

people are scratching their heads wondering why this stock doesn't jump out of the gate after seemingly good news.

Anybody who owns this stock owns it with the intent to make money. That includes the debt holders who are taking a risk like anybody else. Put yourself in their shoes.

If you're in the business of loaning risky money , you want to make your money back amd then some relatively quickly so that you can do it again. If they dumped all their shares on to the market the price would drop so quickly that they would not be able to make money on the sale of the shares. So they slowly leak them out in the midst of a piece of good news here and there. So unsurprisingly, the stock has stayed relatively low neither going up much or down while these shares make their way into the market.

You can either wring your hands over these MMs or you can be thankful that they were there to make it possible for this company to survive and make these acquisitions.

As a retail investor, I see all this as normal market forces at work. The price of this stock is relatively stable considering the dilution. Once the dilution is over, I expect the PPS to rise moderately for a while. Then rnva will have to show that they can run these hospitals at a profit. Then this baby may run. I hope so because despite the inherent risk, I own the stock to make money too.
