It is a classic chicken and egg situation

They will get the $10m investment if they get the bigger orders.

Not sure if the tricks.com article is correct in they have an order yet from UPS, or indeed from FedEx for the extended trials with Fuel cells.

The UPS article could be mis-comprehension of the initial 50 order.

I don't think the investors are going to let the company fail. trucks.com is forecasting the USPS will eventually give an order to Workhorse but the majority will be for traditional vans from AM General

I am not sure how the SP will be affected if the new debt is backed up by actual contracts.

This has been on my quietly accumulate list for some time now
