How old is that guy? I'm afraid we are getting past the point where we might hope that he's going to grow up to be a responsible adult.
My only hopes are:
(a) some group comes through to manipulate the PPS
(b) Frasier realizes he's a weak CEO and sells it before it becomes obsolete
(c) Frasier grabs so many profits of the company that he decides to buy back our shares in order to take this private. All it would take would be some money from Frasier and/or money from some folks who want to be partners with Frasier in the private company that would result. A junior partner could buy 1/3 of IDLM for $2M by paying us all 10c per share.
Frasier's immaturity and lack of business acumen means that (c) is very unlikely. And his history of grabbing all the margins for himself doesn't make this look like a good investment for someone coming from outside.
Still, it isn't too far-fetched to envision a couple of hip hop fans wanting to be partial owners of Datpiff. And my guess is that there would be minimal litigation if we were offered 10c per share.
I am obviously NOT an investment advisor.
