D0lph pls dont throw too many stones at me for my cynical comment, but pls be so kind and give me your valued opinion on my question.

Comment: their cashflow estimate can even not foresee the demand of money for 4 weeks. Need now to work with super baby steps. They need Paulson for petty cash.

Question: that they take money now in super babysteps might have its positive reasons, could mean something will happen the next days. If so, this will be material. If they know now a material event is coming (otherwise would take a bigger slice of money)then they would be obliged to announce it within 3 (?) days. What is wrong with this logic?
