Nope, Im not implying anything other then Exxon has billions to put into the permian. But a really good question has been asked many times that no one can answer....
1. Why doesn't Exxon build there own refinery? It's petty cash to them!
2. If jack was so successful and good at the oil business, why does he need many, many, Toxic Loans?
