both need cash and it won't be any different if/when they found something. I had Spain on the brain, but yes it's France vs GME..

The problem with the current Bidness Model is they are so restricted by the state any significant find is unlikely. They might find a platter or another buckle, but this stuff has to be on top of the ocean floor or close to it.

And like what happened with GME I suspect if anything significant is found then the state will do what it can to avoid issuing a recovery permit and would likely get in touch with Spain immediately.
