#1. Technology has been tested and proven on a modular level. The modules stack upon each other in similar fashion for commercial viability. Thus, not necessary to have signed contracts for viability (and why 80 million dollars from Pipar Jaffray has been raised already to build commercial product).

#2. Payback period is 3 years or less on tech. Specifically with PRB coal it takes $10-15 ton and upgrades it to $50. Cost of Shipping is $20-$25. Still....a huge savings.

#3. There are 20+ patents now locked in commercial across the globe.

#4. I believe technological roll-out is coming this year.

Buy and hold strat still on the table...haven't sold anything any years.
