This is my opinion, I do not believe that PSTI is selling any stock at the ATM. To me that is a rumor that somebody started that has no truth to it. PSTI stock is at 1.26 because that is the price people are willing to pay for it right now. The news is good on PSTI but it is only worth 1.26 to the new and old Buyers
