So after reviewing VtVt annual..
It appears (best I may interpret) that low plasma is associated with lower dosage.

Logically more would be better but in this instance more is not better and that is a complication.

Why isn’t more better? Maybe they answered this but I never saw it..

Also was plasma level directly linked to dosage? It appears so..


But at the end of the day and I may stay with VtVt but I may not.. is VtVt alone is. Not enough..
It would appear to be six which makes it attractive but just like DPZ or Memantine it’s just a slow delay of inevitable....

uNLESS it was tied into a Balancing Agent that acts as a super Adjunct(IMO).

I would be more comfortable with A2-73 being thethe base of my investment in Thai area..

But VtVt had 88 patients beat SOC.. I think that is tremendous..
