I agree but if we don't here something soon we will be waiting to next year.
I think there are stumped on how to fund the deals....
There is no stock available . You can email TA and ask are the any available shares and will find out no. That does not mean the are issued. Most bond holders have shares reserved .
So they have three choices
1) ask bond holders to release reserve, can't see happening.

2) issue more share with proxy vote , can't see happening where value of stock is. Own 4.1% and at 015-02 I would have voted for the increase but sub penny, doubling the AS could cut price in half , so I'll vote against

3 reverse split I don't think current management has the balls to do it. They would have to do an 7-10 revers to free up shares needed for deals.
I think if nothing comes by end of month we will be waiting for a year or so for someone to purchase company and puts in new management .
