Actually all Form T trades have absolutely nothing to do with dilution of a stock.

The bad thing with Form t trades is they do seem to correlate with manipulation by market makers, which isn't suppose to happen, but this is the otc and MMs will always justify shady manipulation on the stipulation that they are making a market.

Whether you can agree with this or not, nonetheless t trades have no correlation with dilution, that comes from the company via filings... and with BYOC, we have extremely minimal dilution. With dilution, based on the lawsuits related to entities involved with caledonian bank and other off shore sites, I speculate the O/S will be reduced, look it up, public knowledge.
