LOL!!! Dilution by another route! You notice they all paid the same price and bought them on the same date? Thats because they bought them from the company!

It was discussed on proboards how MNKD had reached some 20% rule limiting on the number of new shares it could distribute. That caused them to file something that allowed the company to sell shares directly to management without violating any rules!

Just goes to show how desperate management is to retain their jobs!
