CAYO, I hope you are well, my old Mexican friend. I stopped into Casa Mezcal on the LES of Manhattan a month or so ago and thought of you as I sipped Los Amantes Joven, one of my former import brands.

The only thing that is keeping a sliver of hope here, and it's a BIG reach, is that I am not hearing back from Jeff or Kendall via LinkedIn messaging anymore. Jeff made it clear that he was not going to talk about SEGI anymore so that's not a surprise. However, if the deal were dead I would expect to hear that from someone since talking about a dead deal would have no implications.
