@Michael Thank you for posting. I see “Jury Demand” and serious allegations.

Like have been saying, a power move to take control of company put in place a while back — culminating in a hostile attempt to oust RC/TK.

As a result, the new BOD, which has been peddled here as the biggest thing since sliced bread, has potentially placed the company and its shareholders in a precarious situation.

RC/TK willing to go all the way — or so it seems.

The “resident ID’s” are the ultimate peddlers — the “sheep” that visits this forum have been played with bs storyline — IMO.

Notice Anonymous’ post from 1 hour ago with the bullish scenario/bearish scenario “song and dance” — post which, IMO, responds RC’s/TK’s full fledged lawsuit filed yesterday, but Anonymous’ doesn’t mention lawsuit, but rather, takes the bullish scenario/bearish “song and dance” route (haha) — IMO.

So people, you think you’re better off now? — and btw, with regards to CMS approval not coming to fruition in over 2 years, in my book, jury still out as to what the real story behind might be.
