How does that trader react? Further losses, panic intra-day selling, and supposedly prices are going even lower often turns this person into a mental wreck. And people under this type of stress don’t act rationally! They panic and they often blow out of positions because the losses are so large and things look like they’re only going to get worse.

Prices rise the majority of the time.
