THERE IT IS..THE UNITED STATES versus U.S. Stem Cell Inc Sunrise Florida and Kristin Comella and Theodore Gradel and U.S. Stem Cell Clinic LLC (Kristin's baby, of which Tomas finally properly disclosed and put in a SEC filing that a "FAMILY MEMBER OF A Sr Officer of USRM IS PART OWNER OF THAT CLINIC...SHAZAM....ya don't say...LOL !!).....SEVENTEEN PAGES in all its UN-GLORY....a nuke strike "WITH LOVE FROM THE FEDS"....

NUMEROUS sections of the Food, Drug & Cosmetic Act violated...PAGES worth...HOLY FREAKING COW !!

AND..I think the govt SMOKES UM LIKE A FAT CUBAN CIGAR just on the section describing use of NUMEROUS "COMPONENTS" to the ole "U.S. Stem Cell SVF Processing Kit" that are all LABELED FOR LABORATORY USE ONLY or NOT APPROVED FOR USE ON HUMAN PATIENTS...

AND...the mega wash-list of serious medical maladies that Comella/USRM and the clinic "claim" they can treat with ZERO SCIENTIFIC PROOF, EFFICACY or FDA APPROVALS OF ANY KIND...ALS, Parkinson's, COPD, Liver Damage, Neurological, Brain issues....and there is SOLID CASE LAW on that mess from the now famous 60 minutes piece that sent the clown doing those sham procedures to CLUB FED...for making very similar "claims"...especially that he could cure/heal/treat ALS with stem cells..got the dude a perp walk...that case is "on the books" now as case law.....

AND...AND...the section describing how MULTIPLE TIMES, Comella basically told the FDA to GO F THEMSELVES...refusing to answer 483 WARNINGS, refusing to properly answer the FORMAL WARNING LETTER and in every instance "trying" (like a damn fool if you ask me) to TELL THE UNITED STATES GOVT THAT YOUR LAWS AND AUTHORITY DO NOT APPLY TO ME OR US AND WE AIN'T STOPPING ANYTHING WE'RE DOING...the court is not going to take that lightly...I think they're gonna bury Comella and gang like a shovel ready project...just for their blatant disregard for the rule of law...what's the song...."I FOUGHT THE LAW...AND THE LAW WON"...LOL..
