$BIOAQ: DIP stands for 'Debtor in Possession', and the debtor is the company, who owes the creditors and they didn't have enough money apparently, to pay their loans, so they declared BK.
BUT, NOW they are going to get FINANCING from other sources, so they will have 'DIP Financing' to pay off their loans, etc, and LEAVE BANKRUPTCY.....and everything will be all cozy and comfy for them.
And the share price will sky rocket even more than it already has......
And we'll all feel warm and fuzzy as our investment multiplies by leaps and bounds..
OH, and btw, they have more assets than liabilities...so the actual share price Value is around .46 ...which is 10 TIMES what she's currently trading at.....
