That would be a good -- and much needed -- proof of concept. But you know what ... it's never going to happen. Why not you ask? Mostly because it hasn't happened yet. Not since SWET's formation much earlier this decade has it done any performance testing nor has it done any on a retrofitted stack since it raised their possibility over a year ago. In a May 2017 PR, SWET "announced" that

On March 27 we announced that SWET had established a new company, Solar RePurposing Systems LLC, to pursue using our downdraft Tower energy solution to retrofit existing abandoned smoke stacks and that an industry consultant had been engaged to direct us into the market. At this time we can report that initial discussions have been received very positively and we are pursuing meetings regarding a targeted site for a potential first project.

How is it that, if Ron and the gang are working so hard on this, that they haven't even come up with a stack to retrofit, much less built it out? SWET will never retrofit a stack, much less build its tower of power. SWET is first and last a share selling pile of cow manure. People really need to take their blinders off.
