You can buy from E-trade. Someone here posted they can buy through Schwab. You can also buy through CTDT's Institutional Banking Firm NMS CAPITAL.

Most of the brokers won't sell until the SEC filings are current. No doubt that is hurting the stock pps right now. It should be over soon.
