Berman is part of the crook syndrome and was a board member for the whole time.

Please provide proof of this syndrome. Please provide documents, links to 3rd party articles, lawsuits, criminal charges, anything and everything that would justify all of these allegations made against Mr. Berman and the DECN BOD. What won't work is taking pot shots from the intersection of random dots in space, urban myth and straight out lies.

As for the crook syndrome it appears to me to be a self-description.
