Currently the CEO is filing one form a week on a Thursday since the "STAY" order was put into effect for the two parties to settle without trial(Just as an observation). To me that is his way of releasing news without officially releasing news.
While negotiations are on going he is busy getting his ducks in a row.
Those who hold through this process should come out very well on the other end because the company will be within compliance with no issues with being halted and they will have sufficient funds to become 100% again. I am sure with the dark cloud over the accused party they will have a lot of new clients waiting to see what the company has to offer.
I dont really have patience for any of my OTC plays but this one I believe is worth the follow through.
