...that clears up the question of how they control the patent and all the marketing rights to the Translock container system:

Double Crown Resources has recently received some inquiries regarding the status of the patent for the Translock² intermodal container system. We would like to make it clear that U.S. patent number 9,428,330 which was issued on August 30, 2016 for this technology is entirely under the control of Double Crown management.
The patent is registered in the name of the inventor, Allen E. Lopez, who is also Chairman of Double Crown Resources. Mr. Lopez has assigned exclusive marketing rights, along with all associated revenues, to Double Crown Resources, Inc.
The same situation applies to several additional patent applications for the Translock² which are currently pending with the U.S. Patent Office. For additional details please review the DDCC news from 2016 and 2017. Thank you.
