Well the company never hyped up the settlement it was something that was ongoing. With that said they never gave any timelines on a resolution. All guesstimates have come from those following the case assuming that it should be resolved soon. So if you feel scammed it is because you jumped in without seeing how deep the water was first.
I feel very confident in the progress being made and feel that the recent paperwork filed shows that the CEO feels confident that the company and its subsidiaries will be in a position to be very prosperous from the boost it will receive from the amount determined to be fair.
I do not believe there would be a reason for him to file paperwork to restore operations if there was no way to finance operations.
