Green Relief is on the tract to go public and they've made that known many times. It does suck a bit once you are public dealing with the rules and costs involved but as he later said in a comment, "Ramping up globally and bringing our methodology to places that need the help is easier when you're funded". They've already spent time and effort and I'm sure the Green Relief shareholders would like to have a market for their shares.

Even if they weren't the company to come in here you'd still have a jump in assets and revenue from an operating entity coming in which would increase the market value for the stock.

I've taken a look at a some of the popular Acaro shells like UCRP with $3.2 mil market cap and LVCA with $3.4 million market cap. HRAL would need to be over $3 to match.

With HRAL sitting with $680K market cap there is a lot of room for growth no matter what rolls in
