How do we know that HYSR is a SCAM?

Leading scientists and their work everyone should know:

1. John A Turner - NREL
2. Syeed Mubeen - HYSR

If its proven that HYSR (using Turner’s work as reference) is a SCAM then there is no doubt that NREL, a goverment-owned laboratory funded by DOE is also big scam.
