I just read the 10k . I have been out of this stock for a while but thinking about getting back in. After reading the 10k I do not think I will be taking the plunge way to much admin cost. I like SCOT and think Verizon would buy a few of those and I like that they think they can deliver 100 per month but 35 mil in debt is a lot to over come.

I say at this price just dilute the hell out of it pay off debt go through reverse split and start living based on incoming revenues which you have. In a year the 10K will look killer.
