Some dilution, not 10 billion... after 13 days of roughly 50 million block trades, the outstanding was about 520 million before they started, float was verified 377 million by CFO, so outstanding after all the cross trades or cash trades the past few weeks probably 1.1 billion which is fine for a runner to .01 + and the dilution has stopped the last two days.
