general query, wondering : do we think any clients or
potential clients are prepared to do a deal without
a pilot installation first ?

would they be waiting for someone else to commit to a
pilot first...before they themselves commit to a pilot or
even a contract ?

i cant see the point of endless chats with the global clientele
-- lets say Irag or Russia or Anywhere....and going back years even,
if the only resolution and progress is going to be via a pilot
scheme..????
