DK did say Billion with a B.... As for the watch, the mycadian is 6 months away from being able to communicate via Bluetooth for whatever reason that seems to be the sticking point whether it’s a hardware or programming issue they don’t really know.. However the proprietary algorithms have been patented and altered to work with other platforms such as the Fitbit and soon to be Apple Watch and the mycadian might be a moot point based on the sales channels in the works. He spoke excitedly about the usefulness of the CURA program in the medical community for sleep studies etc.. There has been a lot of work going on that we don’t know about. The special sauce is the programming and algorithms not the actual piece of hardware. The “warnings” that we have been seeing in reports about running out of money are required disclosures when the balance sheet doesn’t show enough cash on hand to last a year. He is trying to minimize dilution and subscribes to the philosophy that if you have extra money in the bank you will spend it. He is confident that he can raise money at .33 a share to get through the fall until the pump deal happens, he believes he has buyers and has put a half million dollars in himself along with other members of the board .. He estimates another 15 million shares of possible dilution.

I am almost embarrassed to say that I left there feeling optimistic after having left there feeling optimistic for the last 15+ years (lost count), but this time we have actual products...Allegedly...
