It’s good and bad... First, there is no secret they are gonna RS... they made that very clear. So yes, this company will absolutely be over one dollar.

They prob will RS to $5 or $6... so if the investors exercise their warrant at $5... they get their shares at $1. But BICX will also get $1.1 mil again so, it’s bad and good.

My advice, ride your shares to .20 and sell, then buy back in after RS. Because after the RS the PPS will decline due to those warrants and other factors... unless some FDA news comes out but that’s unpredictable at this point. Or they will try to coincide the RS with FDA news, so you need to be lucky with your buy back in OR don’t sell your shares from the start and roll the dice! Haha GLTA!
