Looks like another penniesgonewild.com scam

That's a fake twitter page! And I'm 99% sure the annual filing done with the Nevada SOS on May 23rd was also fake.

KALY hasn't done any filings or put out any news since early 2017. They were in default status at the Nevada SOS after failing to file their 2017 annual report. And their website is no longer active.

All signs pointed towards KALY basically being dead/abandoned.

Notice that on May 17, 2018 the penniesgonewild.com group alerted the ticker on one of their twitter pages at $.0004/share



Then soon after a new fake twitter page suddenly shows up for KALY (noticed it was created in May of 2018)

And an annual report shows up at the Nevada SOS

The price pushed up to $.0012 when the NV SOS filing hit and then spiked again when the fake KALY twitter page put out its fake announcements about some upcoming acquisition with some unnamed company



So now I have to add KALY to my list of tickers manipulated by the penniesgonewild.com group:

SFRX (fake news), KALY (fake twitter page and fake Nevada SOS filing), TSTS (fake Nevada SOS filing), PEII (fake Nevada SOS filing), ZNTR (fake twitter page), TNKE (fake news), TRSI (fake news), BKEN (fake news), AMPG (fake news), and NHPI (fake news)

They also ran pump & dumps on UMAX and NGCG using false/misleading information.

I'm pretty sure this penniesgonewild.com group is an extension of the Carlos Reyes group that was involved in several fake presses release and fake websites (DKSC, WGAS, PTAH, FROT, IGBR, VRED and EMBR ) from the end of 2017 since this group was also pumping some of those same tickers at the same time and has continued to run similar frauds.
