Definitely not a shell....a profitable small to mid size company that provides a nice living for its owner.

At this point and time do I think that’s going to result in great returns for the JCDS shareholders...no.
A few years ago I absolutely did, at this point I just don’t see how. Unless there is a ton happening behind the scenes...but I honestly can’t say anything that is see or hear from the company would lead me to believe that’s happening.
