There is no more court date for the recent appeal.

The CAFC will release is ruling at its own unannounced schedule or convenience time, which could be anytime between now and September, and there will be no advance notice for its ruling.

Early bird will know the result first, and if you want to be the first to know, then just check CAFC website early/regularly/daily (I think having a PACER account could give you a slight advantage in receiving notification???)
