$10 Million Deferred Tax Liability becomes an Intangible Asset. Talk about Balance Sheet Manipulation.

I need to talk to some Accountants on this. Anyone got an insight on how ARCI can do this? Along with all the mumbo jumbo in this 10-K on Geotraq, they removed the Patent Application Reference.

I did note the Operating Loss as well. Looks like they have booked a $1.5 Million as a loss so far caused by Geotraq.

My first impression on reading the 10-K concerning Geotraq is they are more than likely not going to pump any additional capital into this and unless Geotraq doesnt produce revenue they will cease operations. The 1qtr 10-Q should be fun to read.
