MEA PROGRESSED from a division of a public company to a sole operating private company.

So you lost part one.

Hopefully the explosion does turn out to be a defect in the PLUG's fuel cell design and will not cause PLUG to shut it's doors.

A very real possibility, unlike the safe MEA's formic acid fuel cell.
