Regarding Q...it stays even though BIOAQ is under CCAA...Bankruptcy is not cancelled just stayed. Q would stay even if Bankruptcy had been cancelled. It's all good...voluntary BK was wise mgmt decision. Bought time for temp financing and or buyout.
