Investors shoud carefully read the latest 10K

Most of the risks identified and associated with Geotraq by the auditor were announced on this board

It states that Geotraq engineers designed nothing and Geotraq has to rely on third party. Then Solovan boasts he invented this obsolete 2g model LMFAO

It also says that Geotraq technology may not work on cell networks ( of course 2g is being phased out) and that there are many competitors with established names)

I still can't figure out how that IP is stll valued at $20M !
