I understand what you're saying in regard to who allegedly owns the alleged warehouse. With that, it still doesn't prevent any business/person/entity to rent space from said structure/owner to store or otherwise hold said items. Just because RMHB won't allegedly own the warehouse doesn't mean they can't pay rent to store unused worthless gimmicky trinkets.
