From what I’m gathering, David Lazar was a managing partner at a firm that provided companies with “talent acquisition and recruiting”. He worked there for 5 years. He left that position to set up under Activist Investing LLC. His new position on LinkedIn is listed right around the time he became the president of OWVI. Considering it was officially reinstated early May, I’d give it this month or early next when we hear some substantial news. Considering his previous line of work that put him in contact with a lot of companies and talent it wouldn’t be far fetched to believe he can deliver a good Reverse Merger.
