Mr. Thomas L. Mitchell, also known as Tom, CPA, served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Devon Energy Corporation since joining on February 17, 2014 to April 19, 2017. Mr. Mitchell has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Midstates Petroleum Company, Inc. from October 2011 to January 6, 2014 and also served as its Chief Accounting Officer. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Midstates Petroleum Company LLC. He served as an Independent Director of EnLink Midstream Manager LLC, Managing Member of EnLink Midstream, LLC since March 7, 2014 until April 26, 2017. He served as a Director of EnLink Midstream GP, LLC from March 7, 2014 to April 19, 2017. He served as a Director of Midstates Petroleum Company LLC. He served as a Director of Midstates Petroleum Company, Inc. from December 2011 o January 6, 2014. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bob Jones University.
