yes just keep in mind that kenne ruan was Evan's Auditor and was kept on to conclude the Evan's 2017 audit (irrelevant but required) Benjamin & Young (B&Y) in California has always been I-ON's auditor and is now the Auditor of record. I think it's a good time to own the shares because the stock will have to trade at $4 to qualify for an uplisting (NYSE or NASDAQ) I-ON currently qualifies otherwise keep an eye out for new symbol IONC!
