If you read his ammendment to me it seems that he is in the pocket of big pharma. He seems to want studies done on marijuana and it appears he wants it to go mainstream. At least thats the "between the lines" intrepretation I had from it.

*edit and by the way his ammendment specifically stated tha tthe attorney general will have the say on how its scheduled ... you all know how that would go down.
