Excellent, not a problem, even the OTC Markets screener, on their own site, gives you a lot of results that are not in your search criteria. I'll manually go thought them all and post in the iBox the list of those that seem to be the best candidates for RM's, without a r/s.

Of course any ticker can r/s, regardless of share structure, but your odds decrease greatly given certain criteria (ie ss, insider ownership %, shares held @ DTC, etc, etc).
