They're doing a horrible job communicating, yet they're required by someone applying high stakes pressure that REQWUIRES them to stay quiet. Have I gotten that right?

Is the "someone" that's applying the pressure also the source of this "information"?

$400 million of that must be transferred to CLOK starting now and completing by Q4/2019

Unless a link can be posted to determine the veracity of this claim, I'll have to conclude it's been made up. Passing along rumors is not helping anxious shareholders when there's nothing of substance coming from the company. Whether from "someone" applying high stakes pressure to stay quiet or not.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
