probably 90% of these companies fail -that doest mean they were scams-officers who went without more than stipends if i remember for 1.5 years or more kept changing the modality to try to find something that worked
often times the money men are the downfall

its possible their last shipment of diamonds was stolen out right or absconded by the group they were selling to and so they just gave up -who knows but thats one possible scenario-the me me e world is a mean place, esp to startups
